Paul Stevens is an Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) candidate member and has been appraising since October 2014. He has extensive experience in the Toronto area and the Kingston area and has been with Real Property Appraisals since September 2023.
Paul is also a licensed real estate sales representative. He received his real estate license in 2016. He graduated from George Brown College in 2009 with a diploma in construction engineering technology, and in 2019 he graduated from the University of British Columbia – Sauder School of Business Appraisal Institute of Canada Education Program.
