Benji Perosin is the owner and operator of Real Property Appraisals. Benji is a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA), a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), and has been appraising since January 2019. He was a candidate member with Kingston area appraisal brokerages before beginning his independent practice, Real Property Appraisals, in September 2022.
Benji is also a licensed real estate broker. He received his real estate license in 2010 and has sold residential and commercial properties throughout many areas in Eastern Ontario.
Benji has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen’s University (’97).
Benji lives in Kingston with his wife and two sons. He is also an accomplished musician who has played and recorded with a great number of notable Canadian songwriters and musical acts. He is an active member of the Kingston music community as a trumpet player and keyboardist.
